The Ministry of Oil and Gas welcomes the reopening of oil fields and ports

The Ministry of Oil and Gas in the Government of National Unity has welcomed the announcement by the National Oil Corporation to lift force majeure and resume production and export from oil fields and ports.

The Ministry thanked in a statement everyone who contributed to this achievement, considering this step the beginning of the right path for the return of production rates to stability.

The statement added that the ministry intends, through its strategic plans and in coordination with the National Oil Corporation, to raise the current production rates and reach the set goals.
