The Mayor of Gharyan calls for municipal elections

The Mayor of Gharyan, Youssef Badiri, has called the Minister of Local Government to speed up the municipal elections, noting that the electoral term of Gharyan Municipal Council has expired four years ago.

Badiri stressed the need to hold municipal elections, considering them as important as the parliamentary and presidential elections.
