Elections results announced for the municipal councils of Tajoura and Sabratha

The Central Committee for Municipal Council Elections (CCMCE) held a press conference in Tripoli on Monday to announce the results of the municipal elections in Tajoura and Sabratha.

The CCMCE said that the total number of voters in Tajoura reached 6,453 out of 24,274 registered voters, which represents 22% of the votes. There were 31 polling centers and 73 stations. Al-Taj list won the elections with 2738 votes.

In Sabratha, the total number of voters reached 6,942 out of 24,540 registered voters, which represents 28% of the votes. There were 22 polling centers and 66 stations. Al-Nakhlah list won the elections with 956 votes.
